Client work is a portion of what I did at Designit, here are some projects I am really proud of
Leroy Merlin Digital Strategy
I managed Designit's engagements with Europe's largest DIY retailer (think Home Depot with a french accent). We were their design arm in a key moment of a digital transformation process.
I worked hand in hand with the CMO and the Digital Group Director conceiving, road-mapping and managing all kinds of projects that resulted in a 50% increase in online sales just in the first year.
Leading and collaborating with dozens of designers, these are some of the outcomes that I was directly involved in.
Three major releases of their mobile app (iOS / Android)
Cosmos, Leroy Merlin's new design system
A new website
In-store kiosks
New ways to purchase large format products through in-store 1:1 screens
New ways of working for their digital customer experience group
Bankinter online banking
I led the design of the new online experience for Bankinter, Spain's most profitable midsized bank.
In their Mobile Banking 2015 report, UBS Global Research ranked the resulting responsive website and mobile apps #3 Worldwide and #1 in Spain.
Audi City
I was part of the team that conceptualized Audi's showroom of the future.
I led the work of the team that was in charge of exploring and creating concepts for a tablet device, and worked with all other groups to establish a common interaction language across different touch points (digital wall, facade, tables, etc).
In comparison to other dealerships serving the London area, Audi City showed a 60% increase in sales, 70% new Audi customers, and an average ticket price increase of $13,400 per vehicle.
